Rancho Bellagio Post Acute is seeking a Per Diem Physical Therapist (PT) to join our skilled and compassionate therapy team. This role is ideal for a clinician who is passionate about delivering high-quality, resident-centered care and helping patients achieve optimal functional outcomes.

Position Responsibilities
- Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide skilled physical therapy services in accordance with physician orders and established care plans
- Collaborate with Physical Therapy Assistants, nursing staff, and the interdisciplinary team
- Accurately document evaluations, treatments, progress notes, and discharge plans
- Educate residents and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and functional mobility
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay Range: $53-58 per hour, DOE

Qualifications
- Current, active, and unencumbered California Physical Therapist license
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Long-term care or rehabilitation experience preferred
- Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
