Role Description
This full-time role is for a Retail Store Manager located in the heart of Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The Retail Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, managing team members, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales. Additional responsibilities include hiring staff, training staff, maintaining store appearance, handling customer inquiries, inventory, ordering product and ensuring customer satisfaction.
