About Us:
Ranch City Brewery is Easton’s newest brewery and scratch kitchen, now open at the historic Silk Mill! We’re a bold, high-energy concept serving house-brewed craft beer and a menu full of big flavors.
We’ve had an incredible first few weeks and are now looking to grow our Front-of-House (FOH) team with motivated, guest-focused individuals who want to be part of our exciting journey and help us elevate the Ranch City experience even further.
Now Hiring for the Following FOH Positions:
- Servers
- Bartenders
- Hosts/Hostesses
What We’re Looking For:
- Outgoing and friendly personality
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to handle high-volume service with a positive attitude
- Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant or bar setting preferred (but we’re willing to train!)
- Team players who are reliable and punctual
- Must be 18 for serving alcohol positions (Bartenders/Servers)
