The Deputy Director of Housing Stability is a full-time, hybrid role located in St. Paul, MN, with flexibility for some remote work. In this role, the Deputy Director will support the development and implementation of initiatives, policies, and programs to strengthen housing stability across the community. Responsibilities include overseeing housing programs, managing budgets, collaborating with various stakeholders, and developing strategies to address housing challenges. The Deputy Director will report directly to senior leadership and work with a team to ensure equitable access to housing solutions for all residents.
- Experience in Program Management and Program Development to design, implement, and oversee effective initiatives.
- Knowledge of Social Housing and Residence Life to address housing stability and community living challenges.
- Strong skills in Budgeting to manage financial plans and resources effectively.
- Proven leadership and team collaboration skills.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
- Understanding of housing policy and local and state regulations relevant to social housing and stability initiatives is an advantage.
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in Public Administration, Social Work, Urban Planning, or a closely related field is preferred.
