About the Role
Are you a leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Wolf Den is looking for a hands-on Assistant Manager to help oversee our 24/7 truck stop and restaurant operations. You will be a key player in managing our team, ensuring top-tier customer service for drivers and travelers, and keeping our facility running like a well-oiled machine.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the Pack: Supervise, train, and mentor staff across the retail floor and restaurant.
- Drive Excellence: Ensure high standards for food safety, cleanliness, and inventory management.
- Operational Support: Assist the GM with scheduling, reporting, and meeting sales goals.
- Customer First: Resolve customer concerns quickly and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for our regulars and long-haul drivers.
- Problem Solve: Jump in wherever needed—whether it’s the front desk, the floor, or coordinating with the kitchen.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 2 years in a supervisory role (Retail, Restaurant, or Hospitality preferred).
- Versatility: Ability to balance the needs of a busy restaurant with the logistics of a truck stop.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to manage a diverse team.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends or holidays as needed.
