Compensation:$100,000 - $120,000 bonus DOE
Responsibilities:
Represent clients including national/regional banks, institutional lenders, nontraditional lenders, equipment financiers, Fortune 500 companies, and multi-million-dollar judgment creditors across Washington, California, and Oregon.
Work on various aspects of creditors’ rights in commercial collections, judgment enforcement matters, and bankruptcy cases.
Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys and professionals to provide high-quality legal services to clients.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to hone your skills.
Qualifications:
Must hold a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Should be licensed to practice law in either Washington or California.
No minimum years of experience as a licensed attorney is required--we will train the right candidate for our specific practice area.
