Position Summary: The Store Manager brightens every moment through excellent customer service and the management and leadership of all store personnel. The position is responsible for all store operations. Duties include interviewing, selecting, training, and directing the employees, along with management responsibilities, including purchasing, inventory, budgeting, accounting, and banking. The Store Manager is on call and must have a working telephone.

Essential Functions:
Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers, and responding to customer inquiries and complaints
Hire, train, and evaluate store personnel, promoting or terminating workers when appropriate
Direct and supervise employees engaged in sales, inventory-taking, reconciling cash receipts, and in performing services for customers
Schedule store personnel, review time cards weekly, edit as needed
Responsible for managing store’s labor budgets
Enforce safety, health, and security rules
Follow all company policies and abide by all government standards, including Department of Health, Department of Labor, and other applicable agencies
Responsible for accuracy and integrity of inventory, maintain inventory, restock as needed, and reorder when inventory drops to specified level
Determines what is needed for merchandise, supplies, equipment, and places weekly orders.
Maintain cleanliness and image of the store
Responsible for merchandising the store according to company guidelines
Responsible for timely execution of marketing promotions and price changes; plan and coordinate advertising campaigns and sales promotions; prepare merchandise displays and advertising copy
Responsible for scanning in orders/vendors and building relationships with the vendors
Examines merchandise to ensure it is appropriate for resale, correctly priced and displayed, and that it functions as advertised
Responsible for daily bank deposits, ordering and picking up change orders and ATM funds, loading safe, ATM, etc.
Responsible for maintaining fuel pricing compliance standards to ensure competitive street pricing. Duties include changing fuel price sign and the registers.
Review inventory and sales records to prepare reports for management and the accounting department
Implement company methods and procedures to increase sales, expand markets, and promote business
Perform work activities of subordinates (Team Member, etc) such as cleaning and organizing shelves and displays and selling merchandise as needed
Perform other related duties as assigned

Skills & Abilities:
Education
High School Graduate or equivalent
Experience
3 plus years of experience in a management role
Computer Skills
Microsoft Office, Google Suite, POS Experience
Certifications & Licenses
Class C Operator Certification; Valid Driver’s License
Other Requirements
Basic Math Skills, At least 21 years of age at alcohol sites
Physical Demands
The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. The employee must regularly be able to stand for up to 8 hour shifts, while bending, kneeling, stooping, and reaching.
Salary : $49,000 - $68,000
