Position: Director of Maintenance and Construction
Location: Baton Rouge, LA
Rampart Wurth Holding, Inc. is seeking a Director of Maintenance and Construction to lead our maintenance department and oversee construction activity across multiple regions in Louisiana. This role supports a diverse portfolio of commercial, single family, and multifamily properties.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the maintenance department and provide leadership to all maintenance staff across several regions
Coordinate and monitor work order completion to ensure timely, high quality results
Partner with property managers, vendors, and ownership to address repair needs and capital improvements
Oversee and support construction projects from planning through completion
Review bids, scopes, and project timelines to ensure accuracy and efficiency
Maintain clear communication with internal teams and external partners
Ensure all work meets company standards and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
Experience in construction management, facilities management, or a related field
Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and develop staff
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities across a wide property portfolio
Clear communication skills and a steady, solutions focused approach
Knowledge of building systems, maintenance operations, and vendor coordination
Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
