Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems and equipment
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues
- Follow blueprints, schematics, and design specifications to ensure proper installation
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- HVAC/R certification or relevant trade school education
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and customer service skills
