What are the responsibilities and job description for the Personal Lines Inside Sales Associate position at Ramey King Insurance?
What You’ll Love About Working Here
At Ramey King Insurance, we are a family-owned, well-established independent insurance agency with over 100 years of history. Guided by integrity in every transaction, we are a team of people helping people. Led by a CEO with 20 years of insurance, we are a trusted, dependable, and valued asset in the community.
What We Are Seeking
We’re looking for a people-loving, detail-driven go-getter who thrives on turning everyday conversations into long-term client relationships. If you enjoy helping others, find the right protection, love celebrating wins as a team, and aren’t afraid to pick up the phone with a smile — this might just be your next favorite job.
You’ll fit right in if you:
- Communicate like a pro — whether by phone, email, or carrier pigeon (okay, maybe not the pigeon).
- Think like a problem-solver — you can listen, understand, and recommend coverage that actually fits clients’ needs.
- Stay organized under pressure — juggling quotes, renewals, and client follow-ups is your version of a good workout.
- Collaborate and care — you know teamwork makes the dream (and the sales goals) work.
- Have drive — you’re motivated by results, enjoy a little friendly competition, and love seeing your efforts pay off.
- Bring that Texas warmth — you’re friendly, genuine, and believe great service never goes out of style.
If you’re the kind of person who likes to connect, protect, and perfect, we’d love to meet you.
