JOB OVERVIEW
As a Junior Business Analyst at Ramaley Group, you will contribute to our mission of using data-driven strategies to solve complex industry challenges. You will learn methodologies drawing from our five critical foundations: Lean Six Sigma, Theory of Constraints, Agile, Change Acceleration, and Facilitation. You will begin to develop awareness of key ERP and/or workflow systems such as Oracle, Salesforce, or ServiceNow. You will work closely with a diverse team of professionals and learn from experienced mentors and coaches who are dedicated to your professional growth and development. Your initial focus will be on skill-building, back-office business analysis activities, with increasing client engagement as your capabilities increase.

- Utilize data-driven insights to develop comprehensive business requirements, user stories, and user acceptance test scripts.
- Participate actively in the identification and resolution of broken processes, aiming for continuous improvement and innovation.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure that only smart and practical solutions are presented to clients.
- Communicate proactively and responsively with team members and clients to ensure effective project coordination.
- Embrace and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of your work.
- Foster a culture of trust and respect among teammates and clients during all interactions.
- Up to 20% global travel may be required for this position.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
- Excellent critical thinking skills, demonstrated in a variety of contexts.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Motivation to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
- Passion for using data to solve complex business problems and drive meaningful change.
- Flexibility to work across time zones (especially EMEA).
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at a time
- Occasional bending, stooping, or kneeling required
- Frequently required to talk or hear clients’ needs and wants
