JOB OVERVIEW
As the Business Operations Specialist at Ramaley Group, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the leadership team and ensuring the smooth operation of various internal processes. This role involves a diverse range of responsibilities, from basic accounting and marketing assistance to team coordination and project support. The ideal candidate will be highly adaptable, capable of wearing multiple hats, and comfortable working with experienced professionals at the level of Fortune 1000 companies.

JOB OVERVIEW
As the Business Operations Specialist at Ramaley Group, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the leadership team and ensuring the smooth operation of various internal processes. This role involves a diverse range of responsibilities, from basic accounting and marketing assistance to team coordination and project support. The ideal candidate will be highly adaptable, capable of wearing multiple hats, and comfortable working with experienced professionals at the level of Fortune 1000 companies.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Basic Accounting:
- Billing clients
- Paying contractors
- Categorizing monthly expenses
- Maintain intranet site
- Encourage participation
- Support CMO on social posts/activities
- Possible engagement in trade show event planning/coordination
- Assistance in aligning staff to projects/prospects
- Ongoing coordination among staff (projects/clients/etc.)
- Onboarding new clients/projects
- Coordinate recruiting/onboarding/offboarding employees or contractors as required
- Production of Standard Operating Procedure documentation for key internal operational tasks
- Facilitation of Best Practice documentation/company IP
- Work closely with the leadership team to clarify priorities/direction
- “Manage Up” to help with Managing Member activity prioritization
- Liaison between leadership and team/contractors
- Note-taking for facilitated project sessions
- PPT presentation enhancement
- Process documentation
- Additional support tasks as assigned
- Communicate with Managing Member at least once a day
- In-person meeting at least once a week in Henderson, NV (otherwise remote)
- Benefits includes health, dental, vision, 401(k) match, PTO, 11 Paid Holidays
- Bonus eligible based on company and individual performance
- Minimal travel required
- Flexible work schedule (as long as meetings are attended, and weekly hours are executed)
- MS Office experience required.
- Additional tools will be trained as required.
- Exempt, Full-time position
- Familiarity with as many of the core job responsibility areas as possible
- Excellent critical thinking skills, demonstrated in a variety of contexts
- Motivation and demonstrated ability to learn and grow in a dynamic environment
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
- Passion for using data to solve complex business problems and drive meaningful change
- Flexibility to work across time zones
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at a time
- Occasional bending, stooping, or kneeling required
- Frequently required to talk or hear clients’ needs and wants
