**Job Overview:**
All shifts require on-going interaction with people served and support for activities at work and all employment activities for the individual served. Some shifts requrie night shifts, many shifts involve lifting and transferring and all shifts require driving an agency vehicle.
**Duties:**
- Responsible for providing on-the-job training/job skills training and teaching job duties to people served as assigned at heir work site locations.
- Provide on-going employment support to people served for activites of employment as defined in the ISP, CDP, and DVR plans.
- Follow the employment plans and ISP plans as guidelines for outcome/goals to achieve and document daily activities to monitor progress to reach more independence on the job.
- Work with the Job Developer to job search for better matching or to develop a ob that is customized for the individual that will beneift the employer and the individual.
- Asscess, make note and report any recommendation to the SES for Assistive Technology devices for the people served and follow up with the progress of AT for employment goals.
**Qualifications:**
- High School diploma or verified GED. No experience required. Requirement of age of 25 years or older (Need to be 25 years or older to be a driver).
- Certificates/Licensure Required: Must obtain ACRE or CESP certification within a year of hire.
- Valid Driver's License with no DUIs; Clear Background Check; (local, state, federal); TB Test.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.50 - $13.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
