Ramada Hotel is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Housekeeper / Room Attendant to join our housekeeping team. You will play a key role in ensuring a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for all guests.
Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare guest rooms to hotel standards
- Make beds, change linens, and restock guest amenities
- Clean bathrooms, vacuum, dust, and sanitize all room surfaces
- Maintain cleanliness in hallways and public areas
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or missing items
- Follow all safety, hygiene, and cleaning procedures
- Communicate room status updates to supervisors or front desk.
- Clean and maintain guest rooms according to hotel standards.
- Make beds, change linens, and replenish amenities.
- Vacuum, dust, mop floors, and clean all surfaces.
- Sanitize bathrooms and restock toiletries.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues or damages and report them.
- Handle lost and found items appropriately. Qualifications
- hotel experience preferred.
- Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred mandatory
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift up to 25–35 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of English (or local language) for communication. Work Conditions
