The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during overnight hours. Duties
- Conduct nightly audits of all financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with hotel policies.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries.
- Provide excellent guest relations by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of room availability and reservations.
- Handle phone systems efficiently, responding to calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Prepare daily reports for management review, highlighting occupancy rates and revenue generated.
- Ensure the security of the hotel premises during overnight hours by monitoring access points and conducting regular checks.
- Assist guests with any requests or needs that arise during their stay, fostering a welcoming environment.
Skills
- Experience in hotel management or hospitality management is preferred.
