- Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions using hotel management software.
- Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are balanced.
- Answer phone calls using multi-line phone systems, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness for guests.
