We are seeking a friendly, professional Hotel Front Desk Associate to provide exceptional guest services at our hotel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing guest check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all visitors. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of hospitality management, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures
- Manage reservations using multi-line phone systems and front desk software
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to guests
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy
- Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and billing information
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction
- Uphold phone etiquette standards when communicating via phone or email
- Assist with night audit procedures as needed to ensure financial accuracy
- Support guest relations efforts to foster a positive experience throughout their stay
