Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential or hospitality spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing all surfaces.
• Handle laundry duties efficiently, including washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing.
• Maintain impeccable floor care by sweeping, scrubbing, waxing, and carpet cleaning to ensure floors are spotless and safe.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing residents’ or guests’ needs promptly and professionally.
• Ensure sanitation standards are met by adhering to health regulations and using appropriate cleaning products.
• Manage janitorial tasks such as restocking supplies, emptying trash bins, and maintaining cleaning equipment.
• Assist with housekeeping management tasks when needed, supporting scheduling and quality control to uphold service excellence.

Skills

• Proven experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or custodial roles with a focus on sanitation and attention to detail.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, and general sanitation practices.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with residents or guests.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects, standing for long periods, and bending frequently.
• Familiarity with laundry procedures and commercial cleaning equipment is highly desirable.
• Experience in janitorial or custodial roles within hospitality or healthcare settings is a plus.
