Position Over:
We seeking a dedicated and hands-on Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and operational efficiency. This position plays a critical leadership role on-site. This requires someone with a strong hospitality background, excellent team management skills, and a commitment to upholding brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage
- Ensure all departments are functioning efficiently and guest service standards are consistently exceeded
- Act as the primary on-site leader.
- Monitor room inventory, guest satisfaction, and labor cost controls
- Assist in training, coaching, and scheduling team members across departments
- Enforce safety, security, and cleanliness standards throughout the property
- Support General Manager in executing business strategies and achieving operational goals
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Conduct regular property walks and inspections to maintain brand quality standards
- Manage vendor relationships and supply ordering as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of hotel operations or hospitality management experience required
- Proven leadership and team coordination skills
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and occasional evening availability
- Familiarity with hotel property management systems (PMS) preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under pressure
- Availabilty on Weekends, Holidays, and Overnight
Working Conditions
