We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. As a Housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our facilities, ensuring that guests enjoy a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
- Carry out floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing as required.
- Change bed linens and towels, restock amenities, and ensure all rooms are well-maintained.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment; notify management when supplies are low.
- Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests and inquiries in a friendly manner.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial roles is preferred; hotel or hospitality experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and custodial practices is advantageous.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
