Job Summary
We are seeking an outgoing, courteous, and professional Front Desk Agent to join our hotel team in Flushing, NY. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service, managing check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring a smooth and welcoming guest experience. Candidates must be fluent in English and Mandarin and be able to communicate clearly and effectively with a diverse clientele. This position is available from April 2026, and prior hotel front desk experience is strongly preferred.
Job Requirements
- Perform duty from 8am to 4pm, Monday and Tuesday
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (required)
- Strong communication skills, friendly and outgoing personality
- Excellent customer service skills with a courteous and professional demeanor
- Ability to handle guest inquiries, reservations, and check-in/check-out procedures
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn hotel management systems
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
- Availability immediately
- Previous hotel front desk or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed
