JOB DESCRIPTION:
1)Conduct detailed pest control services for both residential and commercial.
2) Perform scheduled daily services to company standards (company vehicle provided).
3) Communicate with customers, office staff, managers and other technicians daily.
4) Provide excellent customer service.
5) Complete service reports for all work performed.
6) Manage company vehicle and truck inventory.
7) Continual self education.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1) Must pass a criminal background check.
2) Must pass drug test prior to employment and be subject to random drug tests.
3) Must have a valid drivers license.
4) Must provide a motor vehicle report with no major at fault accidents or no more than three moving violations in the last three years.
5) Physically able to lift and manage 50 lbs.
6) High school/GED graduate.
7) 2 years verifiable work history, or military service.
8) Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
9) Practice a high level of integrity, professionalism, self awareness, and initiative.
10) Must be able to pass Colorado State operators tests.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ENTRY LEVEL PEST CONTROL TECHNICIAN:
1) Competitive compensation with structured pay increases with advancement.
2) First month of training monthly salary will be $3,000. Once training is complete pay will increase to $4,000/ mth. Once training and state licensing is complete pay will increase to $5,000/mth.

ENTRY LEVEL PEST CONTROL TECHNICIAN:
1) This is a full time position with a starting base of $50,000/yr, once training is complete.
2) Salary pay.
3) 1 week paid vacation after the first year.
4) Paid sick days.
5) 6 paid holidays.
