Qualifications
- Expertise in Pest Control, Integrated Pest Management (IPM), and PEST field knowledge
- Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Experience in Lawn Care and understanding of landscaping-related pest control
- Ability to follow safety protocols and apply treatments responsibly
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting equipment and accessing hard-to-reach areas
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Prior experience in pest control or related fields is an asset but not required; training will be provided
