Responsibilities
- Generate interest - post to property social media accounts community’s unique features and benefits – and highlight what sets it apart from the competition
- Communicate effectively to potential residents on all steps to call your community their home
- Serve as a resource for residents to express their problems and assist with finding a resolution
- Build lasting relationships to retain and gain residents
- Use attention to detail skills to perform required office administrative tasks
- Plan, coordinate and set up fun activities and events for residents
- Assist with creating monthly newsletter, calendar of events for residents
- Manage front desk – accept packages, answer phone calls, etc
- Allow authorized guest access to the community
- Use attention to detail skills to perform required office administrative task
- High School Diploma or equivalent, college degree is a plus
- Valid Driver’s License is required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner
- Willing to work flexible schedule including weekends
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
