As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC laser cutting machines to produce high-quality metal and tube components. You will play a key role in ensuring parts meet specifications, production runs efficiently, and safety standards are followed.

Job Description
As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC laser cutting machines to produce high-quality metal and tube components. You will play a key role in ensuring parts meet specifications, production runs efficiently, and safety standards are followed.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC laser cutting equipment for sheet metal and/or tubing, press brake machine, and other shop equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings.
- Monitor cutting operations to ensure accuracy, quality, and efficiency.
- Perform basic maintenance and troubleshoot machine issues.
- Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet production goals.
Skills and Qualifications
- 1 years of CNC machine operation experience (laser cutting experience a plus).
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and measurements.
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- High school diploma or equivalent required (technical training preferred).
