Classification of work includes:
- Foundation Repair (crack injections, installing piers, and anchors, etc.)
- Waterproofing (Interior drainage systems, exterior drainage, downspouts, sump sumps, etc.)
- Showing up on time
- Work as a team to complete job in a timely manner
- Cleaning and preparing construction sites
- Loading and unloading materials and equipment.
- Digging, backfilling, installing material
- Following instructions from supervisors
- Must have a driver's license or state ID (reliable transportation to work required)
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to do physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks
- Ability to work in all weather
- Workers must be punctual and reliable
- Previous construction experience is a bonus but not required
- Starting salary dependent on prior experience
- Monthly bonus system adds another $1.00 - $6.00 per hour dependent on monthly crew production (after 90 days)
- Starting wage will be evaluated after 90 days probation period. Most employees will receive a raise after 90 days of good performance.
