Concrete Leveling Crew Leader

Ram Jack St. Louis is seeking a motivated, detail oriented individual to lead our growing concrete leveling and specialty repair division. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys problem solving, working independently, operating specialized equipment, and taking ownership of projects from start to finish.

This is not a traditional labor intensive construction position. We are looking for a mechanically inclined professional who can troubleshoot field conditions, communicate effectively, stay organized, and deliver high quality workmanship.

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform polyurethane concrete leveling and stabilization
• Complete structural crack injections and concrete repair work
• Install carbon fiber reinforcement systems
• Operate specialized pumping and injection equipment
• Evaluate jobsite conditions and adjust installation methods as needed
• Troubleshoot equipment and field challenges independently
• Maintain accurate job documentation and photos
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and project managers
• Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment

• Ability to learn specialized repair techniques and equipment operation
• Reliable and punctual
• Construction experience is helpful but not required

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to lift and handle construction materials and equipment as needed
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to operate trucks, trailers, and construction equipment safely
  
  
  

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting pay $24.00 to $30.00 depending on experience.
• Monthly production bonus program ($1.00 per hour to $25.00 per hour)
• Performance review and wage evaluation after 90 days

Monday through Friday

Typically 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
