Auto Shipment Administrator (Russian/Ukrainian Speaking)

RAM International Shipping is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Auto Shipment Administrator to manage and coordinate vehicle transportation from auction sites to various destinations. This role requires strong communication skills and fluency in Ukrainian and/or Russian to interact with clients.

In this role you will be responsible but not limited to:

• Coordinate vehicle pickups from auction sites (Copart, IAAI, Manheim, etc.) within USA and Canada
• Schedule and dispatch carriers for pickups and deliveries
• Communicate with drivers, dispatchers, and clients to ensure smooth operations
• Track shipments and provide timely status updates
• Verify vehicle release documents and ensure compliance with auction requirements
• Resolve delays, access issues, or discrepancies efficiently
• Maintain accurate shipment records and internal tracking systems
• Create and manage daily load plans based on warehouse location; coordinate with warehouse staff to determine which vehicles are ready for loading onto containers.
• Monitor and ensure all auction payments are processed on time to prevent release delays, storage fees, or penalties
• Ability to travel to custom office for title pickup and delivery

Qualifications:

• Fluency in Russian and/or Ukrainian (required)
• Experience in logistics, dispatching, or auto transport preferred
• Familiarity with Copart, IAAI, or Manheim is a strong plus
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, operations-driven environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft office and trending technologies
• Experience of 2-3 years

Preferred:

Experience in freight forwarding or export shipments

Pay: $45,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
