JOB SUMMARY

· Lead full-cycle recruitment for multiple locations, partnering with hiring managers and executive leadership to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.

· Source, screen, interview, and selected qualified candidates using job boards, social media, networking, employee referrals, and community partnerships.

· Build and maintain robust talent pipelines to support high-volume hiring needs and reduce time-to-fill across key positions.

· Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including candidate outreach, interviews, offer preparation, background checks, and onboarding coordination.

· Deliver an exceptional candidate experience by communicating role expectations, compensation, benefits, and career growth opportunities throughout the recruitment process.

· Coordinate interview schedules, facilitate hiring manager feedback, and ensure timely hiring decisions while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

· Monitor recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill, candidate pipeline health, retention, and hiring effectiveness, to improve recruitment outcomes and workforce planning.

· Strengthen employer branding through community outreach, networking events, and strategic recruitment initiatives to attract top talent.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate and improve recruiting processes, increase hiring efficiency, and support organizational growth.

· Manage multiple high-priority requisitions simultaneously while maintaining accuracy, organization, and a high level of customer service.
