Overview
We are seeking a friendly and motivated Salesperson to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about building relationships, providing excellent customer service, and driving sales growth. The successful candidate will play a key part in expanding our client base and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and product knowledge. Pay is base salary plus commissions. Company car & phone will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Engage with potential and existing clients
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
- You must bring your own clients to the table as well as attend networking events to meet potential new clients.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitors
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Proven ability in sales, including persuasive communication and negotiation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse clients
- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to reaching sales targets
- Good organizational skills for managing multiple client accounts and follow-ups
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
