Duties
- Manage and coordinate construction documentation, including plans, specifications, contracts, and schematics to ensure accuracy and accessibility for project teams.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify construction quality, safety adherence, and compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Review technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to interpret construction plans and ensure they align with project specifications.
- Collect data during site visits for progress tracking, quality inspections, and regulatory reporting; maintain detailed records of all inspections and findings.
- Assist in monitoring construction regulatory compliance by ensuring adherence to safety regulations, building codes, and public works standards.
- Support construction management by tracking project milestones, reviewing construction plans for consistency, and coordinating with contractors on schedule updates.
- Facilitate communication among stakeholders by preparing reports, documenting issues, and coordinating corrective actions when necessary.
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for documentation and communication purposes.
