The Rallye Motor Company, Long Island's premier luxury automotive group, has an immediate opportunity for an Automotive Service Cashier role within our Rallye Lexus Dealership! Seeking a reliable, energetic, motivated individual with previous office or cashier experience who enjoys working in a fast paced environment. The ideal candidate is looking for a long-term position where they can utilize their administrative, cashier and customer service experience to engage with a luxury client base; and to join an organization whose values are based in teamwork, family, kindness and expertise!
Responsibilities for this position include:
- Creating and maintaining a welcoming environment for the service department.
- Direct incoming clients and support the flow of service traffic.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
- Scan repair orders and maintain organized service department files.
- Provide reliable administrative support to service advisors and management.

PAY: $20-$23 Per Hour
- Cashier experience required, automotive cashier experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Accounting strongly desired.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Possess basic computer & phone skills.
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel & Word computer programs, and Google Suite.
- Experience interacting with customers and other employees effectively and politely.
- Outgoing and patient personality with good interpersonal skills.
- Automotive reception or administration experience. (Preferred)
- Knowledgeable on Lexus products and services. (Preferred)
