Angels Baseball & Softball Camps is hiring Youth Baseball Camp Coaches in Mission Viejo, CA for our summer camps serving families across South Orange County.

Professional Educator: $22/hour
Coach: $18.50/hour
College Student / Recent Graduate: $17.27/hour

- Experience working with children ages 4–13
- Baseball or softball coaching and/or playing experience (high school level or higher preferred)
- Positive attitude and high energy
- Ability to lead groups of campers in a structured setting
- Strong character, reliability, and accountability
- A genuine passion for youth development
- Ensure a safe and supportive camp environment
- Lead and assist with drills, games, and skill stations
- Motivate campers to participate and have fun
- Deliver the Angels Baseball Camps curriculum
- Provide encouragement and constructive coaching feedback
- Recognize teachable moments that help campers grow
- Monday–Friday schedule, approximately 8 hours per day
- Preferred commitment of 4–6 weeks
- Camp season runs July 6 – August 14, 2026
- Reliable transportation required
- Ability to pass a background check
