As a Padres Camps Coach or Camp Educator, you will guide campers through daily activities focused on baseball and softball skill development.
Camp staff help create a supportive environment where young players can improve their athletic skills while learning teamwork, accountability, and sportsmanship.

- Recognize teachable moments to help campers grow both athletically and personally
- Work collaboratively with fellow camp staff and leadership
Successful Candidates Typically
- Have experience working with children ages 4–13
- Are comfortable demonstrating baseball or softball fundamentals
- Bring enthusiasm, leadership, and positive energy
- Able to make a 3–5 week commitment
- Have reliable transportation to travel to their assigned camp location
