Serve as the primary technical authority on Anderson-Negele's digital products, and device integration solutions, with a special emphasis on the PPR and Legendary™ Cloud Software. Assist customers and internal teams with installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of digital solutions and connected instrumentation. Support the development and delivery of training materials, user guides, and technical FAQs Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering teams to translate customer requirements into functional specifications for future product enhancements. Perform field visits as needed for advanced troubleshooting, commissioning support, and system audits (travel up to 40%). Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent technical experience. 3 years experience in Applications Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Support roles focused on software platforms, IoT devices, or industrial automation. Ability to interpret and troubleshoot application and product issues incl. documentation, and communication skills. Ability to work cross-functionally with Engineering, Product Management, and Sales teams. Hands-on experience with PLC programming. Proficient with CRM systems, GitLab, Jira or other case tracking tools. Familiarity with hygienic process industries (food, beverage, life sciences) and industrial regulatory standards. Working knowledge of cybersecurity concepts for industrial devices.
