What are the responsibilities and job description for the Chemical Production Control Specialist position at Ralliant?
Responsible for creation and processing of Powder Processing Work Orders using ERP system. Responsible for scanning and archiving data and maintaining Powder quality data packs. Responsible for supporting Quality, Process and Design Engineers in failure investigations. Responsible for creating Certificates of Conformance, and other documents to support customer shipments (as required) Responsible for assisting Manufacturing and Customer Quality Engineers in auditing Powder Quality. Work with engineering to develop new energetics. Maintain First in / First Out (FIFO) inventory Maintain Key Process Indicators (KPIs) and Daily Management Boards Education Required: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience Required: Good manufacturing principles, math skills, and familiarity with energetic manufacturing terminology. Delivery of data packs to shipping Maintenance of Safety Data Sheets and information for the Chemical Operations Group. Support Engineering with tasks as assigned
