What are the responsibilities and job description for the Men's Ministry - Case Manager/Client Success Manager (12p-9pm) position at Raleigh Rescue Mission?

The Client Success Manager —-must be a servant-leader that is committed to working with clients to create a success plan so they can become self-sustaining.
You must embrace & daily pursue being a servant leader like Jesus. This is a sample of some of our expectations:
- Must have strong desire & commitment to work with people experiencing homelessness/poverty.
- Connect clients to internal and external resources to aid in achieving their goals.
- Provide immediate feedback to clients to recognize positive behavior and/or to address behavior that does not align to the expectations.
- Educate and Coach Clients in practical daily habits for successful living.
- True Passion for equipping/developing clients to flourish in life.
- Previous experience that demonstrated in word & actions that you believe each person is created in the image of God and has sacred value.
- Must enjoy leading & coaching others with humility.'
Great schedule — Work 12-9pm Monday – Friday; work 1 weekend a month (day off before & after the weekend).
