Client Success Manager Full Time - Non-exempt. Pay range: $24.00 - $25.00
Onsite Monday–Friday with rotating shifts between 7am – 6pm;

Role Summary: As a Client Success Manager, you support individuals in Raleigh Rescue Mission’s New Life Program by engaging clients, maximizing program resources, and guiding them toward stability. You build relationships, coach clients to set and achieve goals, and hold them accountable for progress. In collaboration with the team, you ensure appropriate services are delivered while upholding financial responsibility standards, ultimately helping clients achieve lasting transformation and independence.
Key responsibilities
- Engage prospective clients, complete initial assessments, and support onboarding.
- Encourage and engage clients with a Christ-centered approach by following the CARE model.
- Work with client and CSM team to create and update their Client Success Plan with clear goals and target dates.
- Meet with each client weekly to develop and follow-up on specific goals towards progression of their Client Success Plan.
- Coordinate internal/external resources and document progress in Mission Tracker.
- Support a safe, structured residential environment; assist with de-escalation and collaboration across teams.
- Partner closely with cross-functional team members to advance clients through the program and deliver a cohesive approach to client success.
- Cross-train to broaden skills and knowledge and better serve our clients.
- Incorporate feedback from the entire team (vocational training, children’s development, training classes, etc.) to consistently improve client growth, providing appropriate accountability when necessary.
Qualifications
- Associates degree in social/health services or Bachelor’s degree, preferred.
- 3 years’ experience in case management, coaching, training, or client services.
- Strong communication, data entry/documentation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Valid NC driver’s license and willingness to drive a 12-passenger van (with acceptable MVR).
Pay: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour
