The Role: What You'll Do
As the face of Raleigh Raw, you’ll be setting the tone for every guest’s experience. Here’s what your day-to-day will look like: - Crafting specialty drinks like espresso, matcha, and adaptogen lattes with care and precision. - Greeting guests with genuine enthusiasm and making them feel at home. - Keeping the front of house clean, organized, and full of good energy. - Learning our menu inside-out and sharing your knowledge about our ingredients with curious guests. - Handling POS systems, curbside pickups, and order flow seamlessly. - Capturing behind-the-scenes content for our social media channels — think drinks, vibes, and everything in between. - Representing Raleigh Raw as a brand ambassador, both in the café and online.
