Position Details You will lead the organization in planning and executing various plans in the areas of ordering and delivery date management. Major Duties - Plan various initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency and reducing operating costs - Lead the organization and negotiate and coordinate various initiatives with numerous business partners - Promote process standardization and simplification to improve productivity - Organizational management of ordering and delivery date management (management position) This position will initially involve you in a specific area of the organization, where you will gain an understanding of the work, and then aim to advance to a management position. This position will allow you to hone your overall business capabilities, leveraging your knowledge of ordering and logistics at one of Japan's largest daily necessities e-commerce sites. Mandatory Qualifications: - 2 years of experience in ordering and delivery management at a business company - Basic knowledge of the daily necessities retail industry and e-commerce - 1 years of experience managing subordinates Desired Qualifications: - Experience in ordering and delivery management in the daily necessities industry - Experience using PowerPoint and Excel for analysis and planning (using VLOOKUP and Pivot Table) Other Information: Additional information on Location Rakuten Crimson House Additional information on English Qualification TOEIC Score exceeding 800 (or similar level of English ability) or a University Degree earned in an English-speaking country.
