This is a key role in which you will serve as a business partner to popular apparel brands, taking end-to-end responsibility for everything from strategy development to execution aimed at maximizing the brands’ sales. Your mission is to create new value for the fashion industry through the growth of these brands. 　 Position Details You will be responsible for all aspects of merchandising (MD) and sales activities aimed at expanding sales for your assigned brands. - Developing and executing strategies to maximize sales for assigned brands: Selecting priority categories and products; planning, proposing, and negotiating sales promotion initiatives - Product and inventory control: Building an optimal product lineup and managing appropriate inventory levels through coordination with brands - Negotiating as a business partner: Building medium- to long-term relationships and driving initiatives to help brands achieve their business goals - Unparalleled growth environment: You’ll have the opportunity to participate as a core member during the expansion phase of one of Japan’s leading fashion platforms. - End-to-end involvement: By being involved in the entire process—from planning and sourcing to marketing and sales strategy—you’ll gain comprehensive insights into the fashion e-commerce business. - Career growth opportunities: With the Rakuten Group’s diverse business operations, you’ll have the potential to pursue a wide range of career paths in the future.
