Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Laborers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks that support our operations and contribute to the overall success of our projects. Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks including loading and unloading materials, digging, and site cleanup.
- Assist skilled tradespeople in various construction activities as needed.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to minimize risks on the job site.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding project status and needs.
Experience
- Previous experience in construction or manual labor is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the shift.
- Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is a plus.
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work independently when necessary.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.

Pay: $18.50 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 55 per week
