Job Summary
\This role is an essential part of our production process, requiring a team player to work in a fast-paced environment. As a Laborer, you will be responsible for performing various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our factory.
\Salary
\$24.03 per hour, plus shift differential for working 2nd shift.
\About the Role
\In this position, you will be working on the 2nd shift, from 1:15pm to 9:45pm, with potential for overtime and weekends as needed. You will be required to lift up to 50 pounds and perform frequent movements throughout the day.

- Collaborate and follow the instructions of Leads and Management to accomplish daily work assignments \
- Must be 18 years or older \
- At least 1 year of work experience in any industry \
- Basic computer and math skills \
- Able to read, write, comprehend, and follow verbal and written instructions in English \
- Willingness to learn new skills, problem-solve, and troubleshoot \
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, and always respectful \
- Able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds \
- Frequent movement including walking, standing, bending/stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting, climbing, and other active movements \
- Performing duties while wearing personal protective equipment \
- Working in temperature zones that include cold and/or hot environments for extended periods, and may include areas where dust and chemicals are present \
