Rakia Coffee is a new specialty café opening in Jacksonville inspired by Scandinavian and European coffee culture, with a focus on thoughtful hospitality, quality ingredients, and a calm, design-driven atmosphere.
We are looking for a Coffee Shop Baker / Pastry Prep team member to help execute our pastry and food program.
Our pastry and food program is intentionally focused, with an emphasis on quality execution, consistency, presentation, and thoughtful preparation.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in café pastry prep, baking, dessert prep, kitchen prep, or coffee shop environments.
We especially value candidates who are comfortable supporting café operations beyond the kitchen when needed. During slower prep periods, this role may also assist with cashiering, guest service, drink running, or light front-of-house support.

Previous bakery, café, pastry prep, experience required.
Barista experience is a strong plus.
Pay: $16.50 - $18.50 per hour
