Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Coffee, Tea, and Espresso Technician role based in Jacksonville, FL. The technician will install, calibrate, and maintain coffee, tea, and espresso equipment at customer locations and in the workshop. Daily tasks include troubleshooting equipment issues, performing routine cleaning and preventive maintenance, replacing parts, and documenting all service activities. The role involves responding to service calls, diagnosing mechanical and basic electrical problems, and ensuring equipment is operating safely and efficiently. The technician will also support customers by explaining proper equipment use, providing basic training, and communicating clearly about service timelines and recommendations. Coordination with the operations team for scheduling, parts ordering, and inventory tracking is an important part of the position.

Qualifications
- Hands-on mechanical aptitude and basic electrical troubleshooting skills for working with coffee, tea, and espresso equipment.
- Experience with maintenance, repair, or installation of foodservice, beverage, or similar technical equipment is strongly preferred.
- Ability to read and follow technical manuals, diagrams, and safety procedures.
- Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues in clear, accessible language.
- High level of reliability, organization, and attention to detail when managing multiple service calls and documenting work.
- Comfort working on-site at customer locations, including lifting and moving equipment within reasonable safety limits.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record for travel to customer sites in the Jacksonville area.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in a related field (HVAC, appliance repair, electronics, or similar) is a plus.
- Willingness to learn about specialty coffee and tea equipment and to follow company standards and safety guidelines.
