We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team of home health professionals. The ideal candidate will have experience in private practice and be able to provide quality care to patients in their homes. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing care plans, providing education and support to patients and families, and monitoring patient progress. Responsibilities:
- Provide home health care services to patients in private practice settings.
- Perform physical assessments and provide patient education.
- Provide nursing care to patients in accordance with physician orders and established standards of practice.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
- Maintain accurate and complete medical records of patient care.
- Monitor vital signs, assess and document patient progress, and report changes in condition to the physician.
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families.

Pay: $50.00 - $80.00 per hour
