We are growing — and we’re looking for a driven, energetic Experienced Sales Developer ready to build relationships and generate new client partnerships.
Position Overview
This role is ideal for someone who is motivated, competitive, organized, and confident speaking with decision-makers. Experienced candidates welcome — attitude and drive matter most.
You will focus on developing new business by proactively reaching out to manufacturing plants, engineering firms, and office-based organizations throughout the Detroit Metro region.
This is not a sit-back sales role — this is a proactive, boots-on-the-ground opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Make daily cold calls to potential client companies and visit them on a regular basis
- Touch base with IT, engineering, industrial and clerical-based businesses
- Introduce Raizan Solutions’ staffing services to decision-makers
- Build relationships with HR Managers, Plant Managers, Engineering Directors, and Business Owners
- Plan weekly outreach strategy and maintain organized activity tracking
- Set client meetings and generate new business opportunities
- Collaborate with the recruiting team to align client needs with candidate pipelines
- Maintain consistent follow-up and professional communication
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in staffing/recruiting companies
- Must have a bachelor’s Degree
- Highly motivated and sales-minded personality
- Comfortable making cold calls daily
- Confident speaking with new decision-makers
- Organized and able to plan weekly activity goals
- Strong communication skills
- Professional presentation and in-person confidence
Compensation & Growth
- $40,000 - $50,000 Base Salary
