Our client is looking to hire results-driven Sales Agents that will engage with potential and existing customers over the phone to promote products and services, close sales, and build lasting customer relationships. Your ability to effectively communicate, persuade, and provide exceptional customer service will be key to achieving sales targets and contributing to the company's growth.
LOCATION: Onsite - Coppell, TX Office
SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday
PAY: $25/hr plus commission and incentives

Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers and handle inbound inquiries, presenting our products/services effectively.
- Sales Conversion: Identify customer needs, recommend suitable products/services, and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Record Keeping: Accurately document customer interactions, sales activities, and feedback in the CRM system.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about product features, benefits, and promotions to effectively address customer inquiries.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of customer service or experience in a sales role, preferably in a call center environment.
Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
