Key Responsibilities
Maintenance Oversight: Develop and implement maintenance strategies to ensure equipment reliability and availability, including routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
Team Management: Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and ensuring adherence to safety standards.
Budget Management: Create and manage the maintenance budget, forecasting costs for repairs, spare parts, and capital expenditures.
Process Improvement: Analyze and improve maintenance processes through new technologies or methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Predictive Maintenance.
Reporting and Documentation: Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment performance using systems like EAM, SharePoint, and Oracle.
Collaboration: Work closely with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime and meet production goals.
Inventory and Parts Management: Ensure availability and organization of spare parts to support maintenance activities efficiently.
Contractor Management: Oversee contractor processes, ensuring alignment with company standards and project goals.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in production engineering, product engineering, or manufacturing engineering.

Valid Passport book or the ability to obtain one within 3 months of hire.
