Compensation: Full-time total annual compensation between $40,000.00 - $150,000.00; including 25% commission on Front Payable Gross; 5% commission on Back Payable Gross if 14 or more units are sold in a month and customer satisfaction criteria are met; subject to terms of pay plan.
60-day guarantee of $3,500.00 per month while you train according to terms of pay plan!

- Paid Time Off (PTO): All new employees earn 1 hour of paid time off for every 40 hours worked in compliance with the applicable state paid sick leave law. Following 36 months of continuous service, full-time employees earn an additional 40 hours of PTO each anniversary year; following 120 months of continuous service, full-time employees earn 80 hours of PTO each anniversary year, according to terms of PTO policies.

What You’ll Do
- Assist customers in finding the right pre-owned vehicle to meet their needs and budget
- Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial greeting to delivery
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat and referral business
- Conduct test drives and present vehicle features and benefits clearly and professionally
- Work closely with management and the finance team to complete deals accurately
- Follow up with customers before and after the sale to ensure satisfaction
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
